Leesburg, VA – The Paxton Trust is excited to announce that it is now accepting applications from non-profit organizations to join its newly announced Mosaic Campus. This campus aims to revitalize the historic Carlheim Manor and the 16 acres on the estate to form a campus that will unite children with diverse needs with organizations that will help them thrive.
The newly designed campus, located in the heart of Loudoun, offers a dynamic environment tailored to the needs of non-profit organizations and will provide services for children in need all in the same location.
Key Goals Of The Campus:
Create shared space for multiple compatible non-profits.
Provide shared amenities and opportunities to construct program-specific facilities.
Unite non-profit partners under a cohesive Campus identity and honor the Campus heritage.
Replace low-performing structures with sustainable, low-carbon, energy efficient buildings that are enduring and adaptable.
Restore the Carlheim Manor House as the focal point of Campus.
Establish an Incubator Space to foster growth for small and start-up non-profits.
Accommodate up to 3 larger non-profits as Campus Anchors.
“We are thrilled to open our doors to non-profits that are making a significant impact in our community and allow more children in our area to receive the services they need,” said Mary Lou Leipheimer, Trustee of the Paxton Trust. “Our goal is to create a vibrant campus where organizations can collaborate, innovate, and help every child thrive.”
